BRANSON!
Last month was our Lewis Family Reunion at Branson, Missouri. We have been talking about it and looking forward to it for a long time. Pierre and I took off from Provo the weekend before, and drove to Wichita. We were there for a couple of days, before taking off with my family to Branson. We were in Branson from a Monday to a Friday. We stayed in cabins, up in the Ozark area. We were only a couple minutes from Silver Dollar City, which was the main reason we went to Branson. There are about 80 people in the Lewis family, and around 50 were able to attend the reunion.
We spent two days at Silver Dollar City. We did roller coaster rides, went to an evening concert, ate some good food, and had fun looking in all the neat stores.
Each night we were able to all gather around the pavillion by the cabins and talk. We did a good amount of swimming too.
It was a fun, but fast week. Pierre and I were definitely depressed when we had to drive back to Provo. It was a memorable week, and a fun week to see all the Lewis relatives. I loved being able to show Pierre around Silver Dollar City too. We went there so many times when I was younger, so I was able to relive so many memories with my husband.
